So, my wife and I got this cookbook:
We have cooked a few things, and last night we made this:
(Beef and lamb meatballs with edamame (should have been fava beans.)
(Fried onions and spiced rice)
This cookbook is all killer, no filler. Highly recommended if you like Israeli food.

These breads look awesome! I used to do my own sourdough as well but it turns out I am very sensitive to gluten so I had to stop… I keep my culture alive though, I don’t know why but I do
