Hi all, I’m new here and I’d like to ask about Kiko practice routine.
I’d like to ask if I can change the times up depending on the exercises I do. So for example if I have three exercises to do for Fundamentals, can I just divide those two five minute sets by three? I guess I could but my question here is, would it harm my progress?
How flexible is the specific practice routine and what tips do you guys have if I need to add or remove an exercise but maintain efficiency?
