Sounds good and looks like a cool exercise. I’ve been working on hybrid picking as well with the intro to Megadeth’s Poisonous Shadows.

Looks cool, definitely saving a lot of right hand movement.
I haven’t started that section of the course yet, I am still on the sweeps and alternates but this makes me want to start hybrid now!
